Q: Can I enter Serbia with my Spanish national ID card?

Yes. As an EU citizen you may enter Serbia with a valid Spanish national ID card (DNI) instead of a passport, though a passport is generally recommended.

Q: Is Serbia in the Schengen Area, and does ETIAS apply?

No. Serbia is not in the Schengen Area or the EU. ETIAS is an EU/Schengen system and does not apply to entering Serbia. Serbia counts its own separate 90/180 days.

Q: Do I need to register with the police in Serbia?
