🇪🇸西班牙(Spain)🇷🇸塞尔维亚(Serbia)ES-RS 西班牙(Spain) 前往 塞尔维亚(Serbia) 签证要求
No visa needed. Spanish (EU) ordinary passport holders can enter Serbia visa-free for tourism and stay up to 90 days within any 180-day period. Serbia is not in the Schengen area and ETIAS does not apply. Spanish ordinary passport holders enjoy visa-free entry to Serbia for short stays. As a citizen of an EU member state, a Spaniard may enter, transit, and remain in the Republic of Serbia for up to 90 days within any 180-day period without any visa, eVisa, or prior authorization. The Serbian Ministry of Foreign Affairs confirms this for EU passport holders, and EU citizens may even enter with a national ID card rather than a passport. Serbia is NOT part of the Schengen Area, so the EU/Schengen ETIAS scheme does not apply to entering Serbia, and Serbia maintains its own independent 90/180 day calculation separate from any Schengen stay. Travelers should hold a passport valid for the duration of stay (best practice: 90 days beyond intended departure, with two blank pages), and be prepared to show proof of onward/return travel, accommodation, and sufficient funds. Foreigners staying in private accommodation must register with the local police within 24 hours of arrival; hotels handle this automatically. No fee is charged for entry. Serbia introduced a Digital Travel Authorization (electronic PDF visa) system in April 2025, but this affects only nationalities that require a visa and does not apply to EU/Spanish citizens.
