Spain to Brunei visa requirements

Spanish ordinary passport holders do NOT need a visa for tourist visits to Brunei. As an EU member state national, you may enter visa-free and stay up to 90 days. Spain is classified under Brunei's "Category D" by the Brunei Ministry of Foreign Affairs, meaning Spanish nationals require no visa to enter Brunei Darussalam. As a European Union member state, Spain holders receive one of the most generous visa-free allowances: up to 90 days per entry for tourism, business, or social visits. No advance application, eVisa, or visa-on-arrival is required for ordinary passport holders. You simply present a valid passport (recommended validity of at least 6 months from arrival) along with proof of onward or return travel and sufficient funds. Immigration grants the stay on arrival; extensions may be requested through Brunei's Immigration and National Registration Department if needed. Note that overstaying is treated seriously in Brunei and can result in fines or detention, so respect the granted period.
