🇻🇳Vietnam🇸🇬SingaporeVN-SG Vietnam to Singapore visa requirements
Visa-free up to 30 days for Vietnamese ordinary passport holders. Submit the free SG Arrival Card within 3 days, including arrival day, before arrival. Vietnamese ordinary passport holders do not need a Singapore entry visa for visits to Singapore of not more than 30 days. The visa-free rule covers ordinary short visits, but entry is still assessed by ICA at the checkpoint and the actual permitted stay is the electronic Visit Pass (e-Pass) period sent after arrival, not a passport stamp. All travellers clearing Singapore immigration must submit the free Singapore Arrival Card (SGAC) with electronic health declaration within 3 days before arrival, including the day of arrival, through ICA's official e-Service or MyICA app. Short-term visitors should carry a passport valid for at least 6 months, sufficient cash, proof of onward travel, and accommodation details. Eligible foreign visitors with ICAO-compliant passports can use Singapore automated lanes without prior enrolment. Company meetings, corporate retreats, meetings with business partners, and conference attendance as a participant can be done on a Short-Term Visit Pass without MOM notification if there is no Singapore contract for service; paid work, on-the-job training, or other work activities need the correct work pass or MOM work-pass-exempt notification. STVP extensions are online and subject to ICA approval.
