Vietnam MOFA's visa exemption list names Singapore ordinary passports for 30 days, and Singapore MFA states that Singapore passport holders generally do not need a visa and may remain up to 30 days per entry. The visa-free route has no pre-arrival authorization or eVisa requirement, but the passport should be valid for at least 6 months and final admission remains at Vietnamese immigration's discretion. For stays beyond 30 days, Vietnam's official eVisa route is available to all countries and territories, valid up to 90 days for single or multiple entry, with fees of USD 25 single-entry or USD 50 multiple-entry. Work, study, journalism, residence, or other non-visitor purposes require the appropriate Vietnamese visa or permit.
