Vietnam to Morocco visa requirements

Vietnamese ordinary passport holders need an e-Visa to visit Morocco for tourism. Vietnam is on Morocco's "regular e-Visa" list, so travelers can apply fully online through the official portal (acces-maroc.ma) without first holding a third-country visa or residence permit. Morocco is NOT in the Schengen area, so Schengen 90/180 and ETIAS rules do not apply. As of 2026, Vietnam (ordinary passport) is NOT visa-exempt for Morocco. However, Vietnam is included in Morocco's "regular e-Visa" category (launched July 2022, expanded since), meaning Vietnamese nationals can apply for a tourist e-Visa entirely online on the official government platform acces-maroc.ma using only their ordinary passport — no prior third-country visa or residence permit is required. The e-Visa is issued for a single entry of up to 30 days and remains valid for 180 days from issue. Two service levels exist: Standard (processed in about 72 hours / 3 business days, government fee ~MAD 770) and Express (about 24 hours / 1 business day, ~MAD 1,100). Morocco is a North African country, not part of the Schengen area, so the Schengen 90/180-day short-stay rule and ETIAS do not apply to a trip to Morocco. Travelers who are not e-Visa eligible (or who need longer/multiple-entry stays) must apply for a sticker visa at a Moroccan embassy/consulate. Always confirm current eligibility and fees on acces-maroc.ma before booking, as the e-Visa country list and pricing are updated periodically.
