Singapore to Mali visa requirements

Yes - a Singapore ordinary passport holder needs a visa to enter Mali for tourism. There is no visa-on-arrival or eVisa available for Singaporeans; the visa must be obtained in advance from a Malian diplomatic mission before travel. A yellow fever vaccination certificate is also mandatory. Singapore passport holders must obtain a tourist visa from a Malian embassy or consulate before traveling to Mali. The Singapore Ministry of Foreign Affairs explicitly states that "Singaporeans are required to obtain a visa before travelling to Mali."
