Singapore to Cambodia visa requirements

Singapore ordinary passport holders can enter Cambodia visa-free for up to 30 days for tourism, as a fellow ASEAN member state. No visa or fee is required, but air arrivals must complete the free Cambodia e-Arrival Card online before landing. As an ASEAN member, Singapore enjoys a reciprocal visa exemption with Cambodia. Singaporean ordinary passport holders may stay up to 30 days visa-free for tourism, business or short visits, entering at any of Cambodia's international airports, land borders or seaports. The only mandatory pre-travel step for those arriving by air (Phnom Penh, Siem Reap or Sihanoukville airports) is the Cambodia e-Arrival Card, a free digital form launched in 2024 and required for all air travelers; it can be submitted online up to 7 days before arrival and produces a QR code shown at immigration. Travelers entering by land or sea currently still use paper arrival cards at the checkpoint. Passports should be valid for at least 6 months beyond entry with at least two blank pages, and proof of onward/return travel may be requested. Stays beyond 30 days require an e-Visa or embassy visa.
