Singapore to Kyrgyzstan visa requirements

Singapore ordinary passport holders do NOT need a visa for Kyrgyzstan. Entry is visa-free for tourism, but under Resolution No. 855 (effective 31 December 2025) the permitted stay is now up to 30 days within any rolling 60-day period — reduced from the previous 60 days. As of 2026-06-01, Singapore is on Kyrgyzstan's unilateral visa-free list, so a Singapore ordinary passport holder can enter for tourism without applying for any visa, e-visa, or visa-on-arrival. The key recent change: Cabinet of Ministers Resolution No. 855, which entered into force on 31 December 2025, limits visa-free stays for 55 countries (Singapore included) to a maximum of 30 calendar days within any 60-day period counted from the date of entry, replacing the earlier 60-day allowance. (Note: the Kyrgyz MFA website list still showed "up to 60 days" on an April 2025 page snapshot that predates the resolution; multiple 2026 sources and the resolution itself confirm the new 30-in-60 limit, so travelers should plan for 30 days.) Kyrgyzstan is NOT in the Schengen area, so no Schengen 90/180 rule or ETIAS applies. The passport should be valid for at least six months beyond the intended stay, and proof of onward/return travel may be requested. Stays beyond the visa-free limit, or for work/study, require a visa obtained via the official e-Visa portal (evisa.e-gov.kg) or a Kyrgyz diplomatic mission.
