🇸🇬SINGAPORE🇮🇩INDONESIASG-ID Do Singapore passport holders need a visa to visit Indonesia?
No visa needed. Singapore ordinary passport holders enter Indonesia visa-free for up to 30 days as an ASEAN member-state citizen. Singapore is an ASEAN member state, so Singapore ordinary passport holders enjoy a visa exemption for tourism and short visits to Indonesia, allowing a stay of up to 30 days per entry at no charge. You simply present your Singapore passport at the immigration counter, no advance visa, eVOA, or pre-approval is required. Your passport must be valid for at least 6 months from the date of arrival and you should hold a return or onward ticket. One administrative step now applies to everyone: since 1 September 2025 all arrivals must complete the unified All Indonesia digital arrival card (which merged the e-Customs Declaration and SATUSEHAT health forms) within 72 hours before arrival and present the resulting QR code. The 30-day ASEAN visa-free stay cannot be extended from inside Indonesia, if you need longer you must exit and re-enter, for example on a B1 e-Visa on Arrival (30 days, extendable once). Overstaying incurs a fine of IDR 1,000,000 per day. Travelers arriving in Bali must also pay the IDR 150,000 Bali tourist levy.
