Spain to Uzbekistan visa requirements

Spanish ordinary passport holders can travel to Uzbekistan visa-free for tourism for up to 30 days. No visa or e-visa is needed for short stays. As of 2026, Spain is on Uzbekistan's visa-free list. Holders of an ordinary Spanish passport may enter Uzbekistan without a visa and stay for up to 30 days for tourism, business or visiting friends and family. The passport should be valid (at least 6 months beyond the planned departure is the recommended practice) and have a blank page. No advance application is required, but every foreign visitor must be registered with the authorities within 72 hours of arrival; hotels and hostels do this automatically through the Emehmon.uz system, while travellers in private accommodation must self-register online. If staying longer than 30 days, or for other purposes such as work or study, Spaniards must apply for a visa in advance, with the inexpensive e-Visa (US$20, 30-day validity) being the simplest channel. Uzbekistan is not part of the Schengen area, so the Schengen 90/180 rule and ETIAS do not apply to this trip; the 30-day limit is set by Uzbekistan's own rules.
