Spain to Nepal visa requirements

Spanish ordinary passport holders can get a tourist visa on arrival in Nepal. No advance visa is needed: pay the fee (USD 30 / 50 / 125 for 15, 30 or 90 days) at the airport or land border and receive a multiple-entry tourist visa on the spot. Nepal grants visa on arrival to citizens of most countries, including Spain. A Spanish national arriving at Tribhuvan International Airport (Kathmandu), Pokhara, Gautam Buddha (Lumbini) or eligible land borders fills out the arrival form (often via a self-service kiosk), pays the fee in USD or another major convertible currency, and is issued a multiple-entry tourist visa valid for 15, 30 or 90 days. A passport with at least six months of remaining validity and a passport photo are required. Spain is NOT on Nepal's list of 13 nationalities barred from visa on arrival (Afghanistan, Cameroon, Ethiopia, Eswatini, Ghana, Iran, Iraq, Liberia, Nigeria, Palestine, Somalia, Syria, Zimbabwe), so the VoA channel applies. Nepal is not in the Schengen area and the 90/180 Schengen rule and ETIAS do not apply here. Travelers may optionally pre-fill the online arrival form within 15 days of travel to speed up the airport process, but no pre-approval is mandatory for Spanish citizens. A maximum of 150 days of tourist stay is permitted per visa year (January-December), extendable in-country.
