Spain to Liberia visa requirements

Spanish passport holders need a visa for Liberia. Liberia maintains consular representation in Spain (a Consulate General in Madrid, plus a consulate in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria), so Spanish residents are expected to obtain a traditional consular/embassy visa before departure. In practice, a Spaniard should apply at the Liberian consulate covering Spain (or the nearest accredited embassy, e.g. Brussels, which serves European applicants) for a single-entry tourist visa: typically valid 3 months, allowing a stay of 30 to 90 days as determined on arrival, costing about 100 EUR (single entry) at the embassy or USD 102.50 if the eVOA route is used by those without a covering mission. Standard embassy processing is about 7 working days; same-day service is available for a surcharge. A yellow fever vaccination certificate is mandatory for entry into Liberia. Because the official eVOA portal carves out countries with Liberian missions, and to remain conservative, the verdict is visa-required (consular visa) with eVOA as a possible fallback.
