Spain to Jamaica visa requirements

No visa needed. Spanish ordinary passport holders can enter Jamaica visa-free for tourism for up to 30 days, but must complete the free, mandatory online Immigration/Customs (C5) form before arrival. Spain is on Jamaica's visa-exempt list, so an ordinary Spanish passport holder does not need to apply for a visa for a short tourist visit. Per Jamaica's Passport, Immigration and Citizenship Agency (PICA), Spanish nationals are admitted visa-free for tourist purposes for a maximum stay of 30 days (shorter than the 90 days granted to some other Western European countries such as Germany and Italy). There is no visa fee. However, every traveler must complete the mandatory, free electronic Immigration & Customs declaration (the C5 form) online at enterjamaica.gov.jm before passing through immigration; it can be filed up to 30 days before arrival. Travelers should hold a passport valid for the duration of stay (six months beyond departure is the safe standard), proof of onward/return travel, and evidence of accommodation and sufficient funds. Jamaica is not in the Schengen area, so the Schengen 90/180 rule and ETIAS do not apply to this route. Extensions beyond the granted period are handled by PICA inside Jamaica. If staying longer than the granted 30 days or traveling for non-tourist purposes (work, study, long-term), a visa or permit is required.
