Australia to Iran visa requirements

Australian passport holders need a visa to enter Iran and must obtain it before travelling. The standard route is an electronic visa (e-visa) applied for via Iran's Ministry of Foreign Affairs portal (evisa.mfa.ir), then collected at an Iranian embassy or on arrival at an international airport with the printed Grant Notice.
