The state fee is USD 20 (plus a USD 5 unavoidable service fee), with standard processing in up to 3 working days. An urgent option issues the visa within 3 hours for a higher state fee of USD 50 (plus the USD 5 service fee). The e-visa must be printed and presented with a passport valid at least 6 months beyond the planned departure at the Azerbaijani border checkpoint. Azerbaijan is not in the Schengen area, so the Schengen 90/180 rule and ETIAS do not apply to this route.
