The process is two-step: an online application via Paraguay's Ministry of Foreign Affairs portal (VisasEnLinea), followed by a scheduled in-person consular interview at a Paraguayan embassy/consulate (e.g., the embassy accredited for Vietnam). Required documents include a passport valid at least 6 months, photo, proof of funds, accommodation/hotel reservation, round-trip flight itinerary, an apostilled/legalized police clearance certificate, and often a letter of invitation. Authorities recommend applying at least 30 days before travel. There is no eVisa issued for entry and no visa-on-arrival for Vietnamese ordinary passports.
