Taiwan ordinary passport holders need a tourist eVisa (pre-visa) to enter Angola. Taiwan is NOT on Angola's 98-country visa-free list (Presidential Decree 189/23). Travellers should rely only on the official SME government portal and avoid third-party agency sites that add service fees.
