Taiwan (Chinese Taipei) to Angola visa requirements

Taiwan ordinary passport holders need a tourist eVisa (pre-visa) to enter Angola. Taiwan is NOT on Angola's 98-country visa-free list (Presidential Decree 189/23). Apply online before travel via the official SME portal at smevisa.gov.ao; the final visa is granted on arrival. Angola opened visa-free tourist entry to citizens of 98 countries in 2023 under Presidential Decree No. 189/23 (29 September 2023), but Taiwan is not among them.
