🇹🇭泰国(Thailand)🇲🇬马达加斯加(Madagascar)TH-MG 泰国(Thailand) 前往 马达加斯加(Madagascar) 签证要求
Thai ordinary passport holders do not need a visa in advance. Madagascar grants a visa on arrival (or optional eVisa) to all nationalities except Burundi and Palestine. You get the tourist visa at Ivato (Antananarivo) and other international airports for stays up to 90 days. A Thailand ordinary passport holder traveling to Madagascar for tourism is covered by Madagascar's universal visa-on-arrival policy: every nationality except Burundi and Palestine can obtain a tourist visa either on arrival at an international airport (Ivato/Antananarivo and others) or online via the official eVisa portal beforehand. The visa is single-entry, for tourism, and allows a stay of up to 90 days. Since 16 February 2026, the fee structure changed: travelers staying 15 days or less are exempt from the visa fee but must pay a EUR 10 tourist tax, while longer stays pay a tiered fee (roughly USD 27/EUR 25 for 1-15 days, USD 41/EUR 35 for 16-30 days, USD 47/EUR 40 for 31-60 days, and USD 59/EUR 50 for 61-90 days), payable in cash (USD, EUR or Ariary) at the airport or by card online. Visa-on-arrival is the simplest and most common route for Thai tourists; the eVisa is a convenient alternative that can be applied for between one week and six months before departure, with electronic authorization typically issued within 72 hours. A passport valid for at least six months with a blank page, proof of onward/return travel, and proof of accommodation/funds are required. This is not a Schengen destination, so the 90/180 rule and ETIAS do not apply.
