Visa-on-arrival is the simplest and most common route for Thai tourists; the eVisa is a convenient alternative that can be applied for between one week and six months before departure, with electronic authorization typically issued within 72 hours. A passport valid for at least six months with a blank page, proof of onward/return travel, and proof of accommodation/funds are required. This is not a Schengen destination, so the 90/180 rule and ETIAS do not apply.
