Applications are submitted entirely online with a passport scan, a digital photo, and card payment. Standard processing is typically up to 72 hours (around 3 business days), with an express option processed faster for an additional fee. Travelers should apply on the official acces-maroc.ma site to avoid overpaying. Note: this is distinct from the visa-waiver some other ASEAN nationals once enjoyed reciprocally with Thailand; the relevant change is that Thailand ended visa-free entry for Moroccans in 2026, but Morocco's eVisa channel for Thai citizens remains the standard route. Morocco is not part of the Schengen Area, so Schengen 90/180 and ETIAS rules do not apply.
