Thailand to Morocco visa requirements

Thai ordinary passport holders need a visa for Morocco, but they qualify for Morocco's electronic visa (eVisa). Thailand is listed in Category A, meaning Thai nationals are eligible to apply online using only their valid ordinary passport (no third-country residence permit or pre-existing visa required). Travelers should apply on the official acces-maroc.ma site to avoid overpaying. Note: this is distinct from the visa-waiver some other ASEAN nationals once enjoyed reciprocally with Thailand; the relevant change is that Thailand ended visa-free entry for Moroccans in 2026, but Morocco's eVisa channel for Thai citizens remains the standard route. Morocco is not part of the Schengen Area, so Schengen 90/180 and ETIAS rules do not apply.
