Saudi Arabia ordinary passport holders need a visa to visit Nigeria for tourism. Travelers also complete a digital arrival card. Fees are charged in USD and vary by reciprocity tier (roughly USD 50-160); Saudi/Gulf nationals fall in a mid-range tier.
