Crucially, an approved eVisa still must be collected as a sticker from a Yemeni embassy or consulate. Practical context: Yemen remains an active conflict zone, and the Russian Foreign Ministry strongly advises citizens against travel; consular processing is slow and unpredictable, and many missions handle Yemeni applications only on a case-by-case basis. Travelers should confirm current procedures directly with the Embassy of Yemen in Moscow before making any arrangements. Given conflicting and limited official channels, the conservative and correct verdict for a short tourist stay is visa-required.
