A Philippine ordinary passport holder needs a visa arranged before traveling to Lebanon. Visa on arrival is not available to ordinary Filipino passport holders (it applies only to Philippine official, service and special passports). Standard requirements include a passport valid at least 6 months, return/onward ticket, proof of accommodation or a sponsor, financial means, and travel medical insurance. Critically, Lebanon refuses entry to anyone whose passport bears an Israeli stamp, visa or seal. Filipino travelers should also note that the Philippine government maintains long-standing deployment restrictions to Lebanon for workers and that security advisories for Lebanon are elevated; tourism conditions can change rapidly.
