Ukraine is not a member of the Schengen Area, so the Schengen 90/180 rule and ETIAS do not apply; the EU's ETIAS does not cover travel to Ukraine. Note: due to Russia's ongoing full-scale invasion, Mexico and most governments maintain do-not-travel advisories for Ukraine, civilian airspace is closed, and entry is by land or rail only.
