Travelers needing a longer stay (or multiple entries) should instead apply online for an Oman eVisa (Tourist Visit Visa) before travel: a 10-day eVisa costs about 5 OMR, a 30-day eVisa about 20 OMR, and a 1-year multiple-entry eVisa about 50 OMR. Oman is not in the Schengen area, so the Schengen 90/180 rule and ETIAS do not apply. For a standard short tourist trip within two weeks, no action is required before flying beyond carrying the supporting documents; for stays beyond 14 days, secure the eVisa in advance.
