Indonesian ordinary passport holders can get a Nepal tourist visa on arrival (VOA) at Tribhuvan International Airport (Kathmandu) and other entry points. No advance visa is required. You pay the fee in cash and may optionally pre-register online to speed up the process. Indonesia is not on Nepal's list of nationalities barred from visa on arrival, so Indonesian tourists are issued a tourist visa on arrival at Nepal's airports and land borders. Three duration tiers are available: 15 days (USD 30), 30 days (USD 50) and 90 days (USD 125), all multiple-entry. The fee is paid in cash (USD preferred) at the immigration counter, and one passport photo plus a completed arrival form are needed. Travelers may fill in Nepal's online pre-arrival visa form (often labeled "eVisa pre-registration") within 15 days before arrival and print the barcode receipt to skip the on-site form, but this is optional and is not a separate eVisa that must be approved before flying. Total tourist stay is capped at 150 days per calendar year. There is no Schengen or ETIAS involvement (Nepal is in South Asia).
