Standard processing is 1-3 business days, often within 48 hours, though exceptional cases can take up to two weeks. Passports must be valid at least 6 months with blank pages, and applicants should hold proof of accommodation, return tickets, and sufficient funds. Because Kuwait is not in the Schengen area, no ETIAS or Schengen 90/180 rule applies to this route; those rules concern travel into the EU, not into Kuwait.
