Do UAE passport holders need a visa to visit ME?

UAE ordinary passport holders can enter Montenegro visa-free for up to 90 days within any 180-day period for tourism and short visits. No visa or pre-travel authorization is required. Holders of an ordinary United Arab Emirates passport do not need a visa to visit Montenegro for tourism or short stays. Under Montenegro's official visa regime, UAE nationals may enter, transit and stay for up to 90 days within any 180-day period with a valid travel document. Montenegro is NOT part of the Schengen Area, so this allowance is independent of the Schengen 90/180 rule, and the EU's ETIAS system does not apply to Montenegro.
