Andorran passport holders need a visa for Afghanistan. Afghanistan requires a travel visa before travel, and the current official online route is the tourist e-Visa through the E-Afghans portal. The tourist e-Visa is single-entry, valid for 90 days from issuance, and permits a stay of up to 30 days from the date of entry. The official E-Afghans requirements page and Afghan Consulate Dubai guidance state that entry is only through Kabul International Airport (KBL) for this tourist e-Visa category; land-border entry is not covered. The standard online fee path is paid in two stages: an initial USD 8 fee plus USD 0.25 processing fee, then after approval a USD 120 tourist e-Visa fee plus USD 3.71 processing fee for non-US applicants, totaling USD 131.96. Standard processing is listed by the Afghan Consulate Dubai as 1-4 weeks, while express processing can take up to one business day for complete applications but costs more. Travelers who cannot use the online system may alternatively apply at an Afghan embassy or consulate abroad, although some missions may have limited visitor-visa issuance. Note that Afghanistan is not in the Schengen area, so the Schengen 90/180 rule and ETIAS do not apply. Because of the volatile security situation, most foreign ministries advise against all travel to Afghanistan; verify the latest official guidance before booking.
