Andorra to Afghanistan visa requirements

Andorran passport holders need a visa for Afghanistan. The recommended route is the online tourist e-Visa via the official E-Afghans portal (eafghans.com), which grants a single-entry stay of up to 30 days. There is no visa-free or visa-on-arrival option. A holder of an ordinary Andorran (AD) passport cannot enter Afghanistan visa-free and there is no visa-on-arrival. Afghanistan requires a travel visa before travel, and the current official online route is the tourist e-Visa through the E-Afghans portal. The tourist e-Visa is single-entry, valid for 90 days from issuance, and permits a stay of up to 30 days from the date of entry. Travelers who cannot use the online system may alternatively apply at an Afghan embassy or consulate abroad, although some missions may have limited visitor-visa issuance. Note that Afghanistan is not in the Schengen area, so the Schengen 90/180 rule and ETIAS do not apply.
