The Ministry of Foreign Affairs advises a passport valid for at least 6 months from arrival; by law, foreigners must also hold a passport valid at least 60 days beyond the visa's duration of stay. The e-Visa covers tourism and commerce/trade only; for work, study, non-permitted purposes or stays longer than 30 days you must obtain the appropriate visa through a Turkish mission.
