Vietnam to Mozambique visa requirements

Yes - a Vietnamese ordinary passport holder needs a visa for Mozambique. Vietnam is not on Mozambique's visa-exempt or eTA list, so the recommended route is the tourist eVisa applied for online before travel via the official portal (evisa.gov.mz). A visa on arrival (USD 50, 30 days) is also available at border posts since Vietnam is not on the excluded list, but pre-applying for the eVisa is safer. As of June 2026, holders of an ordinary Vietnamese passport are not eligible for Mozambique's visa exemptions.
