Taiwan (Chinese Taipei) to Palestinian Territory visa requirements

Palestine has no visa system of its own — all entry to the West Bank and Gaza is controlled by Israel. A Taiwan ordinary passport holder is visa-exempt for Israel, but since 1 January 2025 must first obtain an ETA-IL (Israel's electronic travel authorization) online before arriving. With an approved ETA-IL you can enter through Israeli-controlled crossings and visit Palestinian Authority areas of the West Bank for up to 90 days. No separate Palestinian visa exists. The ETA-IL costs ILS 25, is valid for 2 years (or until passport expiry), permits multiple entries and stays of up to 90 days per visit. On entry, Israeli authorities issue a printed entry card rather than a passport stamp; some travelers entering via the Allenby (King Hussein) Bridge from Jordan receive a card marked for "Palestinian Authority only" / "Judea and Samaria only," which restricts onward movement. Because the practical, current channel for a Taiwan passport holder is an electronic authorization rather than pure visa-free entry, the correct verdict is "eta".
