🇹🇼Taiwan (Chinese Taipei)🇴🇲OmanTW-OM Taiwan (Chinese Taipei) to Oman visa requirements
Taiwan ordinary passport holders can enter Oman visa-free for up to 14 days for tourism. You must carry proof of a confirmed hotel booking, valid health insurance, a return/onward ticket, and sufficient funds. No advance visa is needed for a short visit; for stays beyond 14 days, apply for the 30-day unsponsored eVisa. Since March 2023, Oman grants 14-day visa-free entry to citizens of 103 countries, and Taiwan is explicitly included on that list (confirmed by Oman's Foreign Ministry and the Wikipedia visa policy summary). For a short tourist stay, a Taiwan passport holder does NOT need to obtain a visa in advance or on arrival, provided they meet the conditions: a confirmed hotel reservation, health insurance valid for the stay, a confirmed return or onward ticket, and proof of sufficient funds. The passport must be valid for at least 6 months. If you plan to stay longer than 14 days (up to 30 days), you can apply online for the Tourist Visit Visa (Unsponsored) via the Royal Oman Police eVisa portal (evisa.rop.gov.om), which lists "Taiwan, China" as eligible; the 30-day single-entry eVisa costs OMR 20. Oman is not in the Schengen area, so the 90/180 Schengen rule and ETIAS do not apply. Carry printed copies of all supporting documents, as airlines and immigration may request them before boarding and on entry.
