Taiwan (Chinese Taipei) to Mozambique visa requirements

Taiwan ordinary passport holders need a visa for Mozambique. Taiwan is not on Mozambique's visa-exemption list, so it cannot use the ETA (which is reserved for visa-exempt nationals).
