Singapore ordinary passport holders can enter Timor-Leste visa-free for up to 30 days for tourism. No visa or eVisa is needed before travel. As of 1 June 2026, Singapore citizens holding an ordinary passport do not need a visa to visit Timor-Leste for short tourist stays. Timor-Leste's Council of Ministers extended visa-free entry to Singapore on 3 July 2024, granting a 30-day stay on arrival without any visa formalities. This is confirmed by the Singapore Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Timor-Leste Immigration Service (Migracao). Travelers simply present a passport valid for at least 6 months with blank pages, proof of a return/onward ticket, accommodation, and sufficient funds. Should a longer stay be required, a 30-day tourist visa on arrival is available at Dili airport or seaport for USD 30, extendable once. No advance application, ETA, or eVisa is required for the visa-free 30-day visit.
