Do Singapore passport holders need a visa to visit PL?
Singapore ordinary passport holders can visit Poland visa-free for tourism for up to 90 days within any 180-day period in the Schengen Area. No visa or e-authorization is required before late 2026. Poland is a member of the European Union and the Schengen Area. Singapore is listed in Annex II of EU Regulation 2018/1806, meaning Singapore ordinary passport holders are exempt from the short-stay visa requirement. You may enter Poland and the wider Schengen Area for tourism, business, family visits, or transit for up to 90 days within any rolling 180-day period without a visa. Your passport should be valid for at least three months beyond your planned departure from the Schengen Area and issued within the previous 10 years. At the border you may be asked to show proof of onward/return travel, sufficient funds, accommodation, and travel medical insurance. No fee applies to visa-free entry. The European Travel Information and Authorisation System (ETIAS) is scheduled to launch in the last quarter of 2026; once live (after a transitional period), Singapore travelers will need an approved ETIAS (around EUR 20) before departure. As of 30 May 2026 ETIAS is NOT yet required, so a short tourist trip needs no advance authorization. Stays beyond 90 days or for work/study require a national long-stay visa or permit.
