Do Singapore passport holders need a visa to visit NO?

No visa needed. Singapore ordinary passport holders can visit Norway visa-free for up to 90 days within any 180-day period. Norway is part of the Schengen Area, and Singapore is on the EU/Schengen visa-exempt list. A Singapore ordinary passport holder may enter Norway and the wider Schengen Area for tourism or short visits without a visa, for a maximum of 90 days within any rolling 180-day period. Your passport must be valid for at least three months beyond your intended date of departure from the Schengen Area and should have been issued within the last 10 years. No prior application or fee is required as of 30 May 2026. Note the upcoming ETIAS travel authorisation: the EU's European Travel Information and Authorisation System is expected to go live in late 2026. Once it is in force, Singapore citizens will keep their visa-free status but must obtain an approved ETIAS (around EUR 7, valid up to 3 years) online before travel. As of this guide's date, ETIAS is NOT yet required - travel proceeds with just a valid passport.
