🇸🇬Singapore🇬🇹GuatemalaSG-GT Singapore to Guatemala visa requirements
No visa needed. Singapore ordinary passport holders may enter Guatemala visa-free for tourism for up to 90 days. Singapore is on Guatemala's visa-exemption list, so an ordinary Singapore passport holder can travel to Guatemala for tourism or a short visit without obtaining a visa in advance or on arrival. The permitted stay is up to 90 days. Importantly, Guatemala is part of the Central America-4 (CA-4) Border Control Agreement together with El Salvador, Honduras and Nicaragua: the 90-day allowance is shared across all four countries combined, not reset by crossing a land border between them. To extend beyond 90 days you must apply to Guatemala's immigration authority (Instituto Guatemalteco de Migracion) or exit the CA-4 region. Standard entry conditions apply: a passport valid at least six months, proof of onward or return travel, and evidence of sufficient funds. Guatemala is not in the Schengen area, so the Schengen 90/180 rule and ETIAS do not apply to this route. This verdict is confirmed by both the Singapore Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Guatemala's published visa policy.
