🇸🇬Singapore🇦🇷ArgentinaSG-AR Singapore to Argentina visa requirements
Singapore ordinary passport holders do not need a visa or AVE for Argentina tourism or listed short business activities. The visa-free stay is up to 90 days and can be extended once for a similar period through Argentina's National Directorate of Migration. Singapore ordinary passport holders can visit Argentina visa-free for tourism for up to 90 days, provided no employment is pursued. The Argentine Embassy in Singapore also lists visa-free access for business meetings, investment-related travel, and market research, but says technical work such as repairs, maintenance, or equipment installation requires a Technical Visa. No Argentine visa, eVisa, ETA, or AVE is needed for these visa-waived short visits. Argentina is not part of the Schengen area, so ETIAS and the Schengen 90/180 rule do not apply. Argentina's migration guidance says tourists are admitted for up to three months and may request one extension for a similar period; the extension request for a transitory stay should be made within the 10 days before the authorized stay expires, and DNM's fee table lists the extra-Mercosur transitory extension fee in UMSM units. Visa-free travelers need a valid passport; Argentina's consular guidance says no minimum remaining passport validity is required for entry without an Argentine visa, although airlines or transit countries may impose their own six-month rule. Carry onward or return travel proof, accommodation details, funds evidence, and travel insurance. Singapore requires a valid yellow-fever vaccination certificate from travelers who have been in a yellow-fever-risk country, including Argentina, within six days before arriving in Singapore.
