Saudi Arabia to El Salvador visa requirements

Saudi Arabia ordinary passport holders do NOT need a visa for short tourist trips to El Salvador. They enter visa-free and simply purchase a Tourist Card (Tarjeta de Turismo) for USD 12 on arrival, valid for up to 90 days within the CA-4 region. El Salvador places Saudi Arabia on its list of visa-exempt nationalities. A Saudi citizen holding an ordinary passport may travel to El Salvador for tourism without obtaining a visa in advance. On arrival at any international port of entry, the traveler purchases a Tourist Card (Tarjeta de Turismo) for USD 12, which authorizes a stay of up to 90 days. Because El Salvador is party to the Central America-4 (CA-4) Border Control Agreement with Guatemala, Honduras, and Nicaragua, the 90-day allowance is shared across all four countries on a single entry. The passport should be valid for at least six months beyond the intended stay, and immigration officers may ask for proof of onward/return travel and sufficient funds. El Salvador is not in the Schengen area, so the Schengen 90/180 rule and ETIAS do not apply.
