Poland to Libya visa requirements

Polish passport holders need a visa for Libya. Since Libya launched its electronic visa system on 21 March 2024, the standard route for a short tourist visit is the Libya eVisa applied for online at evisa.gov.ly, but a local sponsor or registered tour operator is required and independent tourism is generally not permitted. A Polish (PL) ordinary passport holder cannot enter Libya visa-free; a visa is required and the appropriate channel for a short tourist stay is the Libyan eVisa, introduced on 21 March 2024 and applied for through the official government portal at evisa.gov.ly. The tourist eVisa is single-entry, valid for 90 days from issue, and permits a stay of up to 30 days, with a government fee of around USD 63 plus any service/processing charges.
