Philippines to Kuwait visa requirements

Philippine ordinary passport holders need a visa to enter Kuwait. Filipinos must secure a visa before departure. From May 2023 to June 2024 Kuwait suspended issuance of all new entry, work and visit visas to Filipinos; that suspension was lifted on 24 June 2024 following a bilateral agreement, and visa issuance to Philippine nationals has since resumed. Travelers should confirm the latest position with the Kuwaiti embassy/consulate or the Philippine Embassy in Kuwait shortly before booking, as Kuwait periodically adjusts visa rules for specific nationalities. Filipinos who already hold a valid Kuwaiti residence permit (civil ID) enter and exit freely and do not need a visit visa.
