A Philippines ordinary passport holder needs a visa to enter Afghanistan, and the recommended route as of 2026 is the new online tourist e-Visa applied for through the official E-Afghans portal (eafghans.com). It is single-entry, allows a stay of up to 30 days, and is valid for entry only via Kabul International Airport. Afghanistan is not visa-free for Filipino travelers.
