Malaysia to Togo visa requirements

A Malaysian ordinary passport holder needs an e-Visa to visit Togo. Apply online at the official portal (voyage.gouv.tg) at least 5 days before travel. Visa on arrival was abolished in April 2024 and is no longer available. Togo requires Malaysian ordinary passport holders to obtain a visa before travel. Togo's visa exemption applies only to nationals of African Union / African states (for stays up to 30 days), so Malaysians are not visa-exempt. Separately, every traveller must complete an online immigration / travel declaration at least 24 hours before arrival to receive a travel slip presented at the border, and a valid yellow fever vaccination certificate is mandatory for all arrivals regardless of origin. Togo is in West Africa and is not part of the Schengen area, so Schengen 90/180 and ETIAS rules do not apply.
