Malaysia to Lesotho visa requirements

Malaysian ordinary passport holders do NOT need a visa to visit Lesotho for tourism. You can enter visa-free and stay for up to 90 days. Lesotho's eVisa platform (currently suspended, replaced by an email-based process) only applies to nationalities that DO require a visa, which does not include Malaysia. One important practical note: Lesotho is landlocked and entirely surrounded by South Africa, so most travelers transit through South Africa to reach it. Malaysians are also visa-free for South Africa for short stays, but you should ensure your passport is stamped in and out of South Africa to avoid transit complications. A yellow fever certificate is only required if arriving from or transiting a yellow-fever-endemic country.
