Mexican ordinary passport holders can enter Tajikistan visa-free for up to 30 days for tourism. Since 1 May 2024, Mexico is on Tajikistan's unilateral visa-free list. For stays longer than 30 days, or to visit the Pamir/GBAO region, an inexpensive e-visa (and GBAO permit) is available online. Tajikistan added Mexico to its unilateral visa-free regime under Government Decree No. 190 of 28 March 2024, effective 1 May 2024. Holders of ordinary Mexican passports may enter, stay, and exit Tajikistan without a visa for a maximum of 30 days.
